Husband-and-wife photo team, Van and Madison (get it? Madivan), bring an entirely new energy to family photography — cool, editorial, and totally un-posed. Studio Luli designed a site that feels like them: bold, cinematic, and a little rebellious, with design moments that let their imagery do the talking.

I first met Van almost a decade ago in the jungle of Nicaragua at Maderas Village, a surf-and-yoga camp that drew creatives from NYC, LA, and Toronto. Back then, he was a Kentucky-raised, Brooklyn-based photographer already making waves. Now, with Madison by his side, Madivan Studios is capturing families with the same unapologetic artistry he once brought to fashion and celebrity portraits. These aren’t your average family photos. They’re intimate, effortless, and impossibly cool.
