For real estate development and investment firm BEB Capital, this office renovation was a $4M project run by TPG Architecture. In addition to the decor, Studio Luli came in to design all the bathrooms in the 73,445-square foot space.

With sustainability and accessibility at the forefront, Studio Luli ensured that it met the needs of all users while minimizing environmental impact, selecting finishes that were timeless while replacing paper towel holders with cost and energy efficient Dyson commercial air dryers. Thoughtfully designed with ADA compliance as a priority, the layout features wider stalls, accessible sinks to provide a comfortable experience for everyone.

A classic color palette of neutral grays, black, and white not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also ensures durability, allowing the space to stand the test of time while working within a cost effective budget.
